Cosy Suite with Patio or Balcony
The Cosy Suite with Patio or Balcony (45m²) consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with two separable Dorelan mattresses (2x 90cm x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower (some bathrooms are equipped with facilities for disabled guests, and the showers are partially wheelchair accessible). All suites feature individually controlled air conditioning (temperature 22°C), a flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, WiFi, and a safe. These suites include a patio or a balcony without lake view.
Maximum occupancy: four guests.

- Our area is not yet covered by broadband; therefore, depending on the number of users, the connection may be slower.
- Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor “Smoking Lounge” (outside the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including the balconies and terraces of the suites.
- The hotel’s private beach is 100 to 300 meters away on foot, depending on the location of your suite.

The Suite with Balcony and Lake View (48 m²) offer lake view.
The Honeymoon Suite Villa Olivo (60 m²), a rustic house dating back to the 18th century, is located at the very top of the Resort, on the southern slope, featuring stunning views of Lago di Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The Three-Bedroom Family Suite with Garden and Partial Lake View (90 m²) are furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style.
The Duplex Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View, adjacent to the Relax Pool, are located on the top floor of the historic two-century-old stone building "Villa Girasole".
The Panorama Suite with Terrace and Great Lake View are dicreetly luxurious and are furnished in a modern design.
The Mini Family Suite with lake view (35 m²) is comfortable and split over two levels.
The Junior Suites with Partial Lake View (30 sqm) face south and offer a partial view of Lake Lugano.
The Superior Suite with Balcony or Patio and Lake View (45 sqm) are bright, airy and comfortably-furnished.
The Superior Suite with Terrace and Lake View (45 sqm) are bright, airy and comfortably-furnished.
The Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View (58 sqm) are bright, airy and comfortably-furnished.
