Panorama Suite with Terrace

The Panorama Suite with Terrace and Great Lake View (45m²) feature a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a sleeping area with a non-separable double bed (180cm x 200cm) with a Dorelan mattress, flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower, and a large south-facing terrace offering a stunning lake view. All suites are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning (temperature 22°C).
Parco San Marco features a centralized climate control system with both heating and cooling, seasonally calibrated to the Alpine microclimate of Lake Lugano and managed according to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Maximum occupancy: two adults or one adult and one child (minimum age 12).
Pets are not allowed in this room category.

- Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor “Smoking Lounge” (outside the reception) and in select outdoor areas, including the balconies and terraces of the suites.
- The hotel’s private beach is located 100 to 300 meters away on foot, depending on the location of your suite.

The Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View (58 sqm) are bright, airy and comfortably-furnished.
The Mini Family Suite with lake view (35 m²) is comfortable and split over two levels.
The Duplex Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View, adjacent to the Relax Pool, are located on the top floor of the historic two-century-old stone building "Villa Girasole".
The Three-Bedroom Family Suite with Garden and Partial Lake View (90 m²) are furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style.
The Honeymoon Suite Villa Olivo (60 m²), a rustic house dating back to the 18th century, is located at the very top of the Resort, on the southern slope, featuring stunning views of Lago di Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
