Suite with Balcony
and Lake View
The Suite with Balcony and Lake View (48 m²) features a double bedroom with two separable Dorelan mattresses (2x 90cm x 200cm), a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, telephone, safe, and a covered south-facing balcony. This category includes individually controlled air conditioning (temperature 22°C) and is accessible only via external stairs, as there is no elevator.
Parco San Marco features a centralized climate control system with both heating and cooling, seasonally calibrated to the Alpine microclimate of Lake Lugano and managed according to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Maximum occupancy: four people.
Additional Information
- Some suites in this category include a kitchen, which can be used for an extra charge of Euro 90 per stay.
- Some suites overlook Lake Lugano directly and the most renowned and ancient road in the province of Como, the Via Regina, the III-century A.D. lakeside route connecting Porlezza to Como. For this reason, they are soundproofed. However, if the balcony doors are open, some noise may occur during certain hours of the day due to traffic.
- Our area is not yet covered by broadband, therefore connection speed may vary depending on the number of users online.
- Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor “Smoking Lounge” (in front of the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including balconies and terraces of the suites.
- The private hotel beach is located between 100 and 300 meters away on foot, depending on the position of your suite.

The Honeymoon Suite Villa Olivo (60 m²), a rustic house dating back to the 18th century, is located at the very top of the Resort, on the southern slope, featuring stunning views of Lago di Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
The Three-Bedroom Family Suite with Garden and Partial Lake View (90 m²) are furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style.
The Duplex Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View, adjacent to the Relax Pool, are located on the top floor of the historic two-century-old stone building "Villa Girasole".
