The Superior Suite with Patio and Partial Lake View (45 m²) is south-facing and features a private patio with a partial lake view. Spacious and bright, it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with two separable Dorelan mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with shower. The suite is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning (temperature 22°C), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe.

Parco San Marco features a centralized climate control system with both heating and cooling, seasonally calibrated to the Alpine microclimate of Lake Lugano and managed according to outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
