The Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View (58 m²), very spacious and bright, consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, a separate sleeping area with two bedrooms with Dorelan mattresses — one with a double bed that can be separated (2x 90cm x 200cm) and a smaller room with two single beds (90cm x 200cm), and two bathrooms with showers. All suites are equipped with adjustable air conditioning (temperature 22°C), two flat-screen satellite TVs, safe, telephone, WiFi, and a large south-facing terrace with a stunning lake view.
Maximum occupancy: six people.
Additional Information
- The suites have a kitchen, available for an additional charge of Euro 90 per stay.
- Our area is not yet covered by broadband; therefore, depending on the number of users, the connection may be slow.
- Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor "Smoking Lounge" (outside the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including the balconies and terraces of the suites.
- The hotel’s private beach is 100–300 meters away on foot, depending on the location of your suite.

The Duplex Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View, adjacent to the Relax Pool, are located on the top floor of the historic two-century-old stone building "Villa Girasole".
The Three-Bedroom Family Suite with Garden and Partial Lake View (90 m²) are furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style.
The Honeymoon Suite Villa Olivo (60 m²), a rustic house dating back to the 18th century, is located at the very top of the Resort, on the southern slope, featuring stunning views of Lago di Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
