The Honeymoon Suite Villa Olivo with Private Terrace and Lake View (60 m²), a typical 18th-century rustic villa, is located at the highest point of the Resort and faces completely south with unparalleled views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor, which opens directly onto the balcony and terrace, there is a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, WiFi, and safe, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with Dorelan mattresses (180cm x 200cm) with a large bathtub and a separate bathroom with shower. The suite is equipped with adjustable air conditioning (temperature 22°C).

• The suites have a kitchen, available for an additional charge of Euro 90 per stay.

• Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor "Smoking Lounge" (outside the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including the balconies and terraces of the suites.
• The hotel’s private beach is approximately 300 meters away on foot.
