The One-Bedroom Apartments (48 sqm) offer restricted lake views, and are aligned to the south with a balcony (loggia). They are comfortably-furnished, featuring a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, air-conditioning (temperature 22°C), satellite flat screen TV and telephone.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, whose use is available at an extra charge of Euro 90 per stay.

These rooms are accessible through an external staircase, an elevator is not available.

The One-Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to four people.
