The Duplex Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Lake View, adjacent to the Relax Pool, is located on the top floor of the historic two-century-old stone building "Villa Girasole". It features a ground floor (50 m²) with a living area including a double sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm), a bathroom with shower, telephone, WiFi, and safe. An internal open staircase leads to the first floor (25–35 m²) with a double bedroom with a non-separable Dorelan mattress (200cm x 210cm), satellite TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub. This category offers two south-facing balconies with views of Lake Lugano. All suites are equipped with adjustable air conditioning (temperature 22°C).

• Our area is not yet covered by broadband; therefore, depending on the number of users, the connection may be slow.
• Please note that Parco San Marco is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor ""Smoking Lounge"" (outside the reception) and in selected outdoor areas, including the balconies and terraces of the suites.
• The hotel’s private beach is 100–300 meters away on foot, depending on the location of your suite.
