Take a ride, for example in the nearby natural reserve La Rivetta at Bene Lario. Take a break at the river Cuccio, where the horses get a chance to recuperate.

Through chestnut forests and over roads many hundred years old you reach Carlazzo, where you can overlook Lake Como and Lake Lugano.

Or take another route and follow the old railway from Porlezza until shortly before Menaggio, home of the famous golf club Croce-Menaggio.
