La Cava di Dievole
Outstanding surroundings for wine tastings and drinks before dinner can be found in the 200 year old ice cellar La Cava di Dievole.
The wine card tempts with selected wines from well-known as well as small, interesting Italian vineyards.
Wine tasting
Our sommeliers regularly arrange wine tastings in our Cava di Dievole or in one of the restaurants.
Do also try the specialities from the vineyard Dievole at Siena: Tuscan red and white wines, Vin Santo, Grappa and the well-known olive oil from Dievole.
All these products can also be enjoyed at our enoteque. If you spend more than 155 Euro, the VAT of 20 percent will be refunded. More information about this is available at the hotel.
