Botanic walk
The HOTEL****Superior Parco San Marco Beach Resort, Golf & SPA on the east point of the Lake Lugano is reknown for its exceptional location in the middle of a magnificent park of 30'000 m2 with a fantatic view on the lake, the majestic mountains and the very dense forests around.
For the season 2006, the landscape architect Sandrine Michaillat, living in Geneva brought an additional asset to our park, creating a botanic walk where the visitor can discover a large number of trees and plants.
The subtropical park of the HOTEL****Superior Parco San Marco Beach Resort, Golf & SPA has a particularly rich and beautiful vegetation. The visitors will be given an information sheet with details about each plant.
These details will give each of us a new look and a new perspective while touring the park of the hotel. This is a very unique way to discover and enjoy this magnificient region.
There is a total of 66 plants and trees marked in the whole park.

- Canabispalmtree, brought to Europa in 1850 from China
