The Hill Top Hideaway Villa Olivo (60 sq m), a rustic house from the 18^th century, is located at the sunny top of the hotel grounds with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.

The Villa Olivo was completely refurbished in year 2000. The ground floor features the living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern tiled-stove, a bathroom, entrance to the terrace facing facing the south, a satellite flat-screen-TV, featuring TV based Internet access with plug-in possibility for your personal notebook, radio, MP3-player and a telephone. The stair case leads to the upper floor which contains a bedroom with a jacuzzi and another satellite flat-screen TV, a separate bathroom. Fresh flowers and well-groomed plants embellish the ambience. The maximum occupancy for the Hill Top Hideaway Villa Olivo is four guests.
