The Attico Family Deluxe units are situated in the 200 year old Gardenia stone house right next to the pool. They feature contemporary décor and are air-conditioned. The living room (with double sofa bed) is located on the ground floor alongside a bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. The stairs lead to the attic, featuring another bedroom and a second bathroom on the top floor. The Attici also feature two balconies facing south with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano, a flat-screen satellite TV, Xbox paddle, MP3-player and telephone. The ground floor of the Attici Family Deluxe is 50 sq m and the upper floor varies between 25 and 35 sq m. Fresh flowers and well-tended plants enhance the ambience. The maximum occupancy for the Attici Family Deluxe is 6 guests.

Nowadays, it is almost impossible to leave the world outside! Therefore, and especially for guests of the Parco San Marco, we now offer free of charge Wireless-LAN in our lounge and reception area, as well as on the terrace and in the meeting room. On request, and for a small fee, you can also get a USB internet key for your rooms.
Owing to conviction we will continue our no Wireless-LAN in the guestrooms policy! Also, please do not use mobile telephones in public spaces!
