Following the project of Giuseppe Li Rosi, we adopted a grain field near the Village of Morgantina in the southeast of Sicily. In this field our grains are harvested to produced our pasta according with the objective of conserving the natural Mediterranean diversity of the old types of grain.
Our pasta is hand-made on the Damigella farm according to ancient Italian traditions and with consideration for the biodiversity of the region and the grain varieties.
